If a signed agreement or proposal conflicts with these terms, the agreement or proposal applies.

Accessing the Site in any way, automated or otherwise, counts as using it. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site or our services.

Placing an order

When you place an order through the Site or accept a proposal from us, you confirm that the information you give us is true, correct and complete, and that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract.

To complete an order we may ask for your name, email address, phone number, billing address and, if you need a GST invoice, your GSTIN and business name. Your order is confirmed once payment is received and we send you a confirmation by email.

We may decline or cancel an order if we believe the information is inaccurate, the payment is not authorised, or the service is not a good fit for you. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund you in full.

// 05

Prices and taxes

  • Clients in India: prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise. We issue a GST invoice for every payment.
  • International clients: prices may be quoted and billed in US Dollars (USD) or another currency stated at checkout or in your proposal. Any taxes, duties or bank charges in your country are your responsibility.
  • Price changes: we may change our prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one shown or agreed at the time you place it.
// 06

Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of the order, unless your proposal or agreement sets out an instalment or retainer schedule. If it does, each payment is due on the date shown.

You can pay by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard and others), UPI, net banking, bank transfer or any other method shown at checkout. Payments are processed by secure third-party payment gateways. We never see or store your full card details.

By paying, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you choose. Card payments are subject to checks and authorisation by your bank or card issuer. If a payment is not authorised, we are not responsible for any delay in delivering your order.

If an instalment or retainer payment is missed, we may pause the service until it is paid.

// 07

Cancellations and refunds

Our consulting and done-for-you services involve reserving time, preparing for your engagement and doing work that cannot be undone. Our refund policy reflects that:

  • Before work starts: if you cancel in writing before your first consulting session or the kickoff of your service, you get a full refund.
  • After work starts: once your first session has taken place or work on your service has begun (for example onboarding, strategy or first drafts), fees paid are non-refundable.
  • Monthly or retainer services: you can stop the service before your next billing date by writing to us. No further payments will be charged, but the current period is not refundable.
  • Digital products and programmes: because they can be accessed or downloaded immediately, they are non-refundable once access has been given. If a product does not work and we cannot fix it, we will refund you.
  • Duplicate or wrong payments: if you are charged twice or charged the wrong amount by mistake, we will refund the extra amount.

To ask for a cancellation or refund, write to connect@theshubhammittal.com with your name, order details and reason. Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days of approval. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

If a specific sales page, proposal or agreement states different refund terms for an offer, those terms apply to that offer.

Sessions and rescheduling

Calls and sessions are booked through Calendly or a link we share with you, and run on a video call platform.

  • You can reschedule a session if you give us at least 24 hours' notice.
  • A session missed without notice, or cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, may count as used.
  • If we need to reschedule, we will tell you as early as we can and offer a new time at no cost to you.
  • Sessions in a package must be used within the period stated in your proposal or agreement. Unused sessions expire at the end of that period.
// 09

Delivery and access

Digital products are delivered to the email address you give at checkout, or through a login to our course platform. Please check that your email address is spelled correctly. If you do not receive access within 24 hours, check your spam folder and then write to us.

Services start on the date agreed in your proposal or confirmation email. Timelines for deliverables are set out in your proposal and may depend on you sharing inputs and approvals on time.

Access to digital products is for your personal or internal business use only. Do not share your login, files or recordings with anyone else.

  • Give accurate and complete information about yourself and your business.
  • Share the inputs, access and feedback we need, on time.
  • Attend sessions on time and do the agreed work between them.
  • For the Executive LinkedIn Partner service, review and approve all content before it is published. You are responsible for what is posted on your profile, including making sure it is accurate and allowed by your employer or regulator.
  • Use our advice and materials lawfully and treat our team with respect.

If delays on your side push back timelines, we are not responsible for the delay, and the engagement period is not automatically extended.

  • Our materials: you may use them for your own business. You may not copy, resell, share publicly, or use them to train others or build a competing product without our written permission.
  • Content written for you: LinkedIn posts and other content we write specifically for you become yours once you have paid for them in full.
  • Our methods: the frameworks, processes and know-how we use remain ours, even when they are applied to your business.

In return, please keep confidential any private materials, pricing or proposals we share with you that are not publicly available.

// 13

No guaranteed results

We share our experience, frameworks and honest advice, and the case studies on the Site are real. But every business is different. We do not guarantee any specific income, revenue, leads, followers or other results. Your outcomes depend on your effort, skills, market, timing and decisions, among other things we cannot control.

Our content and services are business education and advisory. They are not legal, tax, investment or financial advice for your specific situation. Please consult a qualified professional before making those decisions.

We work carefully and in good faith. To the extent the law allows:

  • The Site and free resources are provided "as is", without any warranty.
  • We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, such as loss of profit, revenue, data or opportunity, arising from your use of the Site or our services.
  • Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or service is limited to the amount you paid us for that product or service.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

// 15

Third-party platforms

The Site links to and uses third-party platforms such as systeme.io, Calendly, Amazon, LinkedIn, YouTube, payment gateways and video call tools. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and their own terms apply when you use them. We are also not responsible for changes these platforms make, such as changes to LinkedIn's algorithm or reach.

// 16

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will make reasonable efforts to tell active clients by email at least 30 days before it takes effect.

Changes do not affect orders already placed, which stay under the terms in force when you placed them. If you keep using the Site after an update, you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site and our services.

// 17
